Meet Sam

Sam began running over 30 years ago on National Smokeout Day and hasn't stopped since! Many daily runs, races and marathons (personal best of 2:38 at the Penn Relays Marathon in Philadelphia) have followed. Years of racing and coaching later, Sam's enthusiasm and dedication are still contagious. For people at all levels, running with Sam is an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Be Consistent

When visiting Las Vegas, it is important to

be consistent with your training while being realistic with your work or vacation schedule. We can plan the right workout and make it enjoyable and rewarding.

Run Early

Early morning is always the best time to

run, especially coming from the Eastern
US as the time difference works in your favor. It is almost imperative in the warmer months. The first half of a long run should be completed by sunrise.
